About Corina Barbu

“We must be open to finding our destiny in unexpected places, and that it must be found before we can truly live the life we were meant to live” – Paolo Cohelo

Corina Barbu is a certified Life and Spiritual Coach.  She graduated from the renowned Life Purpose Institute, an ICF accredited school.  Amongst her many certifications, she counts: Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Sound and Energy healing, Polarity Therapy and Interfaith Ministry.

Corina is a world traveler and has lived all over the world.  She has worked in the world of Wall Street, Real estate, High tech development and as an entrepreneur.  She recalls her early entry into the world of healing as a search for “more”, since despite all the success, “what seemed to be a perfect life felt incomplete with happiness just around the corner.”  For more than 20 years she has been a seeker, learning from gurus and experts around the globe, to find that “missing joy”, and to learn her true purpose.  She laughs now as she talks about her unexpected discovery “All the answers I was seeking were inside myself. And in the process of finding myself I found my purpose”. Her mission is to inspire everyone she comes into contact with to live their BEST life, one that promotes wellness of body, mind and spirit, and is in alignment with their values.

Why Do You Need A Life or Spiritual Coach?

Life coaching is a very broad concept, but at its core is a  collaboration between client and coach to help them move from where they currently are to where they want to be,  to reclaim their health, joy, and fulfillment in life! A client comes to a coach to change, enhance or improve some area of their life, e.g., to lose weight, change job/career, improve a relationship, have better life work balance,  figure out their life purpose, navigate a life transition with more ease, etc. The coach partners with the client to establish outcomes the client wishes to achieve, asks powerful questions, develops a plan, and helps the client be accountable to achieve that plan.

Coaching does not focus on the past and what happened previously in one’s life. Rather, it focuses on the present and helping people move from this point forward.
